  Terrible buiness

  “This place is horrible and treat their employees terrible. They make up reasons to let you go which is unlawful. If I had been an adult and known better about labor laws and practices I would have sued them for their treatment of me and the lady that I replaced which was also let go for bad reasons.”

  Medlock Alterations

  Not Happy

  “So I took a brand new pair of $200 jeans to this alterations place. I needed some of the length taken out. I took the jeans with tags still on them. I first off paid $25 dollars to get them altered. When entering the store, i was not greeted and had to enter and exit 3 times before being helped. But before that I was told to wait on second. When I receieved my jeans back. The tags had been removed from the jeans and were not with the jeans. No one knew where they were. In my opinions its not a alterations place to remove the original tags from my garments at all. ”

  Sol Alterations

  “Horrible customer service. Does not listen to you at all. Does whatever he feels like. If I am paying lots of money for the service, I expect to be able to be picky. Does not admit fault and recharges to redo a job not well done. I suggest finding someone else. ”
