  “I paid over $200.00 for my prom dress, it was perfect but Im not, it needed a few adjustments to say the least. I took it to a place close to where I live, Im not going to name names but the place has been there as long as I can remember, so I thought they must know what theyre doing. I tried on my dress and was fitted. They told me there was a lot of alteration and that they would need a month; this was okay because my prom was almost two months away. A month later I called the day before the dress was suppose to ready and they tell me theyre going to need another week. Know Im starting to get worried but I still have time. A week later I go in to pick up my dress and its ready, Phew What a Relief so I try it on. What a Disaster it fit worst than when I brought it in, I was in tears. They said come back in a week they would fix it. Now Im scared but what choice did I have? A week later Im back, I try on the dress, I dont think anything had changed. Now they tell me that is the best they can do. I didnt know what to do, a friend told me to call Alterations & More she said she had her alterations done there weeks ago without a hitch, so I did. I told them the problem and that there was only a week till the prom. They said they would have to see it but would try to help. I went there that same day so as not to waste time. I was very distrait but they were very nice, they told me they could fix it but they were going to have to undo what had already been done and redo it right, and there was going to be an express fee because they would have to stay over to get it done. Now Im thinking buying the dress was going to be the least expensive part of this whole ordeal but when they finished figuring everything it came out to about the same price as the other place, what a relief. The owner told me to pick it up the day before the prom. That day I went back and tried on the dress, I was so happy I thought it looked great but the owner said it still needed a small adjustment at the top and to come back in a couple hours. When I came back she had me try on the dress again and it fit so perfect! I felt like a Princess, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!”
