  “Stay away! Shop elsewhere! Save yourself the time/expense/ and B.S.!!! They won't stand behind what they sell. Nothing but extremely poor and meaningless excuses. I have purchased from them faithfully for 14 years and will never buy from them again! Upper management is poor! Yes Bonnie, I'm talking about you! It's a real shame, I like to support local businesses.”
